Hourly Counseling

2,500 AED / hour + VAT

A focused hour for one or several concrete questions, for example: a country comparison, a school choice, a reading of the current profile.

This hour is for

  • Navigating choices: education systems, how admissions work, costs, and outcomes
  • Which school and programme actually prepare the student for that destination
  • A basic roadmap toward university, campus visits, or summer programmes
  • No essay bootcamps
  • No application discussions

No cap on the number of hours. 100% prepaid.

A structured reading of the file — up to five hours — that ends in a basic educational strategy and a roadmap. The product for families who need a map before they buy the journey.

The flagship: two years of guidance for the student and the family through every stage of preparing for selective universities abroad — with personal case management and unlimited access to consultations.

Inside the engagement

  • Full profile analysis and a forecast model from the actual transcript
  • A–F scenario maps for UCAS, Common App, and fallback exam outcomes
  • Activities, summers, tests, and — if needed — a school or curriculum change
  • Programme choice, essays, interviews, creative portfolios, firm/insurance decisions

Every engagement is built on the same simple rules: a signed agreement before any work begins, prepaid invoices, and cashless payment only. Prices for the hourly session and the assessment are listed openly on this page; ongoing counseling is quoted on request.

Contract

Every engagement starts with a signed services agreement. Work begins once the agreement is in place.

Payment

Cashless only: bank transfer to our bank account or payment by card, against an invoice.

VAT

All prices are in AED and exclude VAT. VAT is added to every invoice at the applicable UAE rate.
